Returns Policy

Return policy (Benelux - Europe zone 1)

1. Oli sandals will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged. 

2. You can return your ordered items that aren’t worn or washed and with the label attached, within 14 days from original receipt of goods.

3. Make sure they are in their original package and use our return form. Please be aware that you will have to pay for the return, we settle these return costs with the refund.

4.In case of personalized order, the remote buyer does not have the right to retract. Oli sandals will not accept any returned requests.

Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products.

The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees, including Customs or Import fees, if any.

Please be sure to return your products to the correct address. Read below for the correct return address.


Do I have to pay for the return costs?

Yes, you pay for your return costs. Important: the shipment contains a return label/sticker, so you don’t have to pay for your return at the postal service. We eventually settle the return costs with the refund.


I received a damaged item

You can return damaged items within 14 days after you received them. Get in touch with our Customer Care Team by sending an email including pictures of the issue to olisandals@gmail.com. Returns that have been sent back without our approval will not be processed.

How can I return my order?

- Contact our customer service, who will provide you with ship & return service.

- You will need to fill in the return form and put it into the box.
- Place the return label/sticker on the outside of the box, over your old address label.
- Yes, your order is ready to return ☺
- Please go to the correct Postal Service Point for your country (DHL, La Poste, GLS) and ship the box to the return address as mentioned on the label:

- After shipping your return, you receive a receipt with a tracking code. Please keep this receipt until your return is fully processed, as it's your proof of shipment.

Can I exchange an item?

No, unfortunately we are not able yet to do an exchange. Due to the limited stock, we suggest returning the items you want to exchange and place a new order to ensure you receive the items you want. Please be aware that you will have to pay for the returned items.


Have you received my returned order?

It takes a maximum of 20 working days to process your return. To make sure your return is on its way, please check the Track & Trace code of the parcel. If you haven’t received any information after 20 working days please contact our Customer Care Team via hello@weareolin.com.


When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your return, we will arrange a refund within 5 days. If you have returned your complete order, your shipping costs will be refunded. The return costs will be deducted from the total refund. If you haven’t receive any information after 5 working days please contact our Customer Care Team via olisandals@gmail.com.


My return form is not included in the shipment?

No problem, you can download the return form here. Please enter the purchase order number on the document.

RETOURS

Retours: droit de rétraction de 14 jours avec retour à la charge du client. Pas de retour ni échange après 14 jours.

Nous ne faisons pas d'échange standard. Les frais de retours sont à la charge du client. Nous remboursons uniquement le prix de l'article.

Nous vous conseillons de faire votre retour via ARAMEX contre signature pour être dédommagé en cas de perte de votre colis.

Astuce : Vous pouvez utilisé l'emballage d'envoi d'origine en le retournant et en le scotchant.

Merci de glisser le double de votre bon de commande ou une petite note avec votre nom et référence de commande.

Oli sandals ne rembourse que les produits dans leur état d'origine (dans leurs emballages, avec leurs étiquettes et non portés). Le remboursement se fera sous quelques jours après réception de votre retour.
